the lowdown
it's not a long story la kan. i had to go apple centre at wheelock to get my earphones. after that i took the opportunity to walk downtown. when i got to lucky plaza, i saw a cameraman. then i saw a photographer. THEN I SAW PETERPAN. all six of them plus their entourage. if you didn't know better you would think they were just regular wak kangs milling about lucky plaza on a weekend.
my next thought? THANK GOD FOR CAMERA PHONES!! ariel was surrounded by so many people and so many people wanted a piece of him. he was wearing that black hat he ALWAYS wears and the leather jacket he ALWAYS wears. so forget ariel, i took a photo with uki! the guitarist. please let it be said that i think uki is the actually the cutest of them all. we all keep talking about ariel cos he's the vocalist (very hot one, i admit) and he's always in the limelight and he writes amazing songs. uki's the quiet but equally hot one, i feel. hurhur.
i took a photo with uki and he was very nice and then i said see you at hard rock and then he said oh iya iya see you there also. SUKA SUKA.
anyway hady mirza got in yay yay. for the second week in a row, my 60 cents and jila's was well worth it. tak sia-sia dan berbaloi jugak. so far we've had 2 malays in the top 12 already. good sign?
looking at the picture of uki and me now... sigh. damn we'll make good looking babies.
