gaah i caved in. i'm going to the peterpan gig after all. i blame the incessant heavily rotated promo on mtv and newspapers alike. i'm so weak i cannot resist. i'm only human. an indon-music lovin human boohoo.
so yes. first up peterpan, then bamboo then not long after that it's finally coldplay!! i cannot believe i'm gonna watch them soon. whenever i see the advertisements on tv a little thrill shoots up my system. and then i giggle.
i finally finished watching ungu violet yesterday. and by a weird twist of fate so did ley. freaky hor? i didn't even know she had the vcd also. anyway it was good that she watched it already cos i could ask her what really happened in the end. i was a little stumped. did he die or not? who was the donor? so now i know.
i watched a malaysian show called 'one in a million' the other day. it's a talent show that replaced malaysian idol this year. comparing this show and singapore idol, seriously there ISN'T any comparison. the show has so many amazing, incredible singers. partly because the contest is also open to recording artists so you can see the likes of dayang nurfaizah in it. it's so sad that our very own talent contest has very little number of brilliant singers, you can count them on one hand. or none at all. so far. but for today's round we have hady mirza and i would like to count on him to give us some hope.
yet another blogger was hauled up by the authorities for putting up caricatures of jesus christ. tak serik-serik ke? he said when he first posted them up someone left a comment to ask him to remove the offending images. he didn't. what did he do ? he posted more images to annoy the person even more! he didn't think the pictures were insidious. otak kat bontot eh?
