i've decided to resume my regime of arms exercises. after a break of 6,7 months. i stopped then cos it hurt my back. now my back still hurts but i think i can handle it. i could go to the gym and hit the threadmills and tone up my lower body but nooo. i decide to tone up my arms. cos i know the exercises work. the first few times i did them, goodness, sakit nak mampos. but i think i'm alright now. hopefully i'll see the results in a few months. next up, get killer abs!
somethinks i think it's not such a bad idea if girls were to go thru NS. can exercise everyday. get kickass fit. whether you want to or not. then get tanned. then get bald ala demi moore or ala natalie portman. but then again bald heads don't suit everyone. and it won't suit me.
anyway. i didn't go to the wedding after all. i feel a bit bad. but not too much. i didn't wanna go alone PLUS i had a cousin's birthday thing to go to. which i admit is a pretty useless excuse since she lives 6 floors below us and i could just pop in anytime. i could say i didn't know the way to her house but i'm guessing that sounds pretty lame too. bleah.
