i had a masterplan for today. the plan was to be home and then go to the mosque later at night. but, as with most plans, mine fell apart as soon as i found myself home alone in the evening. it didnt help that i knew some of my friends were gonna be in town. and so i found myself in city hall with rat, ley and ain and then town later. i would like to blame peer pressure.
to demonstrate how teeny weeny singapore is, i was sitting with jaswant at bk at liat towers and soon we were joined by his friend liyana, and her friend mash. i just had to confess to her that i'm one of her biggest fans and have been dissecting her soap opera with my friend (yes, you ley). jaswant later said he was hoping i wouldnt mention that and embarass him. har har.
AND THEN RIGHT, mash started asking me where i live and which primary school i was from AND RIGHT, it turned out that she was in jin shan also, 2 batches below me, lives in clementi also AND RIGHT she even remembered that i was the assistant head prefect! I FEEL SO FLATTERED LOR CAN! she knew some people i knew also. freaky freaky. i cant believe my primary school juniors still remember me as an assistant head prefect. so bangga lor.
i bet you're wondering why i'm blogging at this ungodly hour. let's see, high on starbucks caffeine, wanted to watch a bit of live8, bro-in-law and sister are out gallivanting with their friends. the kids are at my aunt's, i presume. if i'd known they'd be going out i would have stayed in town with the guys and asked them to pick me up. hurhur.
by the way i had fun with rat, ley and ain just now. ley and i realised that we've never seen each other since our raya outing. asek-asek talk on the net only. and talk about other bloggers. nyahahah.
