suddenly high on life
was supposed to only go out of the house for 'high on life' today. but awin called up asking to go town in the afternoon. we were both supposed to be done by 6 anyways. she was meeting yan after that.
pretty shoes kill your feet. i was wearing this nice pair of beige egyptian-inspired shoes but i had blisters within 10 minutes from wearing it. painful la sunds. we ate first at cahaya. had chicken rice and teh susu. today ah, the cahaya auntie was so... kinky, you know.we ordered teh susu right, and then suddenly she said 'tetek tetek..'. betol. tak bedek. she was joking around la, of course. lucky we were regulars. if first time customers we would have gone and never come back sia. my chicken rice was so tak menyelerakan. it wasnt bad la. but so bland. and so much rice with so little chicken when i specifially asked for more chicken.
after that we scoured far east in search of flip flops cos i couldnt bear walking in the pretty shoes anymore. i'm teling you, when you're not on the lookout for flip flops you see hundreds of pairs in shops. but when you're desperately in need of them... macam carik osama bin laden. cheh bah. my shopping radar went out of focus a bit and i bought this pink and grey skirt for 10 bucks. lawa nyah. awin bought a shirt for yan. i dunno why i'm telling you that.
we finally found this pair of gold flip flops that i very love. but dont have in my size. so continued our search but ended up going back to the shop for the gold ones. it didnt look too bad when i wore them. the size discrepancy wasnt really obvious. headed to heeren to change the battery of my swatch watch.
then we took the train to choa chu kang. sempat amik gambar kat kedai yan. so off i went to mediacorp with kamal, his family and izyan, his bro's girlfriend. aiyoh the audience were mainly made up of 13, 14 year-olds screaming their lungs out. but i had fun. kui jien and daniel was really funny. kui jien was so cute la. really.
since we were VIPs *ehem ehem* we went for the reception also. ok fiona xie has the hottest body ok. shit she was hot. i'm serious. small waist, perky ass, sizeable bosom.... hello! bitch bitch bitch. but she was nice.
