oh man i couldn't wake up this morning. cos jd fortune left me so exhausted. muahaha.
uh huh yeah i went to see inxs last night. VIP ticket, no less, courtesy of my hot shot journalist ex-pardddner angeline yeo su lin. ONE ticket, ok, ONE. so don't start whining how come i didn't ask you along. i would have offered to pay for one more ticket if i weren't so broke.
so anyway. the ticket entitled me to a free flow of drinks and nibbles in the Visa tent. waaaahh this is the life, i thought. but kan, at times i felt awkward cos the people around me were all sipping white and red wine and there i was drinking glasses and glasses of coke and dipping lots of chips in various dips and eating lots of crab cakes. by myself. but i didn't really mind tho. we had a clear view of the stage altho it was still quite far.
20 minutes after settling down i got chatted up by some vice president of some division of a local bank la seh. i call him dato' P cos his name starts with P but never mind about that. he started talking about the best nasi padang in singapore (apparently kandahar street and zion road has the awesome ones) and how last time he had a malay singaporean girlfriend who studied in UKM in malaysia. and all i did was nod and make intelligent comments like 'oh that's good' and 'yeah yeah', throw my head back and titter and laugh a bit at the parts that were supposed to be funny. i don't really care dude but since you're rich i'll listen a bit.
dato': my company is having an event next week at the beach so if you'd like to ask your friends along and join us.. or maybe you give me your mobile number la i can contact you

the concert stared an hour late. dasar rock stars. but it was a great one la. they were definitely awesome live. not bad for a band which is mostly made up of members on the wrong side of 40.
but jd.... SIAL AH JD! panas okay. fuyooooo. i got confirmation of that when i went near the front of the stage for the encore. which was also a bid to escape from dato' P hurhur. he wasn't that bad la. he left me alone during the show cos luckily he found some of his old friends and colleagues. dasar jantan HAHAHA. kidding. so, if you guys need loans or money, i can help you jangan gusar. ok kidding also.
back to jd. ya seoul dayyyym he was hawt. HAWTTT. i have pictures from my cam to prove it but haven't uploaded. later hor.
