suria was showing hiburan minggu ini (hmi). remember that show people? when suzairhe and asnida daud were the hosts. and it was an extremely old episode. how old? because it featured FEMININ! when they had a showcase at fire disco. FIRE DISCO SEY!
a very long time ago i had feminin's old album in a cassette tape. sebab dulu zaman jahiliah, all albums i had were in the forms of tapes. abeh so leceh bila kena rewind or forward cos you don't know where exactly you should stop. i also had aishah's album and amy mastura's. and exist. i don't know why i was that uncool last time. must be all the media hiburan and urtv and variapop magazines which the whole family never failed to read almost every week. only when i was about 10 or 11 then i began listening to english songs more. and first tape that i had was... NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL MUSIC 2. which featured the first boy band i liked.. boyzone. i can still remember the dance steps to 'love me for a reason'. eeeee.
so back to feminin. i forgot that one of the songs had them rapping. in english. and it was hilarious. cos you can so hear their kampung dusun accents. something like 'we're burning the charts all around the world.. me and my 3 girls.."
