so i was watching president's star charity a bit last night, highly amused by these actors attempting to dance and quite taken by the sob stories. but above all, all i could think about was....
I WANT JOANNE PEH'S HAIR COLOUR! i want i want. damn nice right? that's just the exact shade of hair colour that i want. very vibrant red and very rich. i waaaant! and i want a new haircut too. i need change people, i need a change. i'm stuck in a rut. and a new hair colour would start it all off. but i'm dead, flat broke.
speaking of which, i feel kinda guilty of not giving any of my close friends their birthday presents due to my perpetual broke-ness. i is wrecked with guilt okay, i is! but i promise, when i have money, when i get a job, around the year 2025, i will make it up okay *_*
there's something about listening to inane callers on radio dedication shows that tickle and exasperate me at the same time. to summarise there are a few categories of these listeners:
the actsy cutesy minah one with the manja voice who's probably 14 years old - "hi, this is baby noor and i would like to dedicate this next song to my friends nana, nina, lina, rina and especially to my boyfriend boy manja i love you forever and miss you forever and see you in school tomorrow okay and stay cool and funky."
the bored-sounding one who's probably confused as to what number he / she really dialed - " (long pause).. ermm hi this is tom.. (long pause)... dedicate this song to all my friends... (long pause). stay cool and funky... (long pause)... (dial tone) "
the over-excited one who's having a sleepover with her girlfriends - "OHMYGOD OHMYGOD AM I IN?? ARRGGHHHH OHMYGOD HI JAMIEEEEEEE!! (girlish screams and shrieks in the background) ok ok this next song goes out to all my friends here pauline (scream!), janice (scream!), sharon (scream!), mary (scream!), sherry (scream!), carrie (scream!) and cherry (scream!) and to all our classmates in (insert name of all-girls school) and too all energy and 5566 fans stay cool and funkyyyyyy!! (SCREAMS!!) bye jamieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!"
then there's the lovelorn one - "(imagine a droll voice) hiiii... okay today i'm really sad cos my girlfriend just left me. so this song goes out to her. i miss her and darling please take me back. i promise i will buy you more hello kitty stuff and i wont clip my toe nails in front of you anymore. pleeeaaseee call me honeybuns sweetcheeks. ok stay cool and funky."

yes that's amirul in his new batsuit. no way is that christian-bale or even val-kilmer batman. more like adam-west batman. the old school one. i for one thinks he looks more like kluang-man, that malaysian cartoon superhero. but if amirul thinks he's batman then batman he will be. so be scared when you come to my house. be VERY scared.
