anyways, yday, saw my boss cry for the first time. cos of pressure from the ED. pity her. now i understand why sometimes she gives us pressure also. it's a ruthless world out there. like the saying "Sticks and stones break bones but words break hearts". so true.
watching presidents star charity now. fun to watch other people suffer while they raise money for others. but at the end of the day, these stars go home to their condos and bungalows watching their plasma tv while the needy and poor are still needy and poor. for how long can the donations last? when you make a commitment to contribute, i think they should keep in mind that it's better if they're committed to it in the long-term rather than producing one-off charity shows. but then they'll say, it's better than nothing. geez, whatever.
