yay just got back from the wildlife exhibition at orchard with my nephew. saw my boss and former colleagues all again. my boss said she can offer me a part-time job at birdpark there at 6/7 bucks per hr. not bad rite? will seriously consider. just got the bank statement which says dat i have to start repay back the student loan i took out for my poly studies. 4k sia. lucky got instalments. 100 bucks per mth. not bad la. but it would take soooooooo long to pay back in total. 4k/100 bucks will be like 400 mths and that's.... like a lot of years. but dats ok. just as long there's some money in my acct i shud be fine.
my sis and bro-in-law fetched us from the thing and went down to borders. went a little crazy looking at all the mags plus the childerns books. i think i am a geek. so exciting looking at all the enid blytons and harry potters..... ooooh then i saw my crush while i was working at jbp last time- clarence. he's still so good looking and so niceeeeee. thinking abt him always make me feel all tingly. but of cos, he has to be married. darnit. he's the first chinese guy i had a crush on, i realise. he used to call my name E-LAI just to rile me up. but of cos i dun mind. only he can call me dat w/o me being pissed off hehe. *sigh* have a feeling am gonna think of him tonite before i sleep. will fantasise dat his wife was actually matchmade to be with him and he doesnt love her at all and he will soon realise dat the intern called E-LAI who used to work at jbp is his true love and rescue me onto his.... err white van. yah, he drives a van but who really cares! i remember his van got power 98 sticker in front. i'm REALLY hoping no one from jbp comes across this blog...
when will i be a career woman, i wonder..... in my mind, i have this image of me being dis successful mktg exec in mtv or some big media company, drives a silver volkswagen beetle, works out in calif fitness ctr, lives in a cool apartment and travels often... i'm still waiting.... sigh...
